Pixels & Compositions

This is the first Star-Trail photography workshop that I conducted. Wonderful location, food and super enthusiastic participants. We had Star gazing sessions through my telescope, tea/coffee and lot of star trail images till 3.30 am in the morning.

My next Star Trail photography workshop is scheduled on 22-23 Feb 2014 in Pune. Details here

Here are some images taken by the participants and what they had to say about it all:

“We, Ranjana Tai, Aruna and I thank you for memorable time that we spent during stargazing and capturing star trails. I learnt the new technique and enjoyed capturing star trails. I wish I had a third battery for capturing star trails!
On Saturday evening, viewing artificial satellites and birds was a bonus.
Looking at the crescent phase of Venus through the telescope was fun. Beautiful sight and a lifetime experience. It was a pleasure meeting other participants and learn from them through their sharing. Traditional dinner of Jawari chi bhakari and Bharleli Vangee and peethala were amazing!”

– Neelkanth Mehta
